Also, the Miami Zoo is a fun and interesting place for children all ages. Here you will find 500 different animal species and 40 of the 500 are endangers. There are also over 1,000 different species of plants and trees around the Zoo. Expect to stay at the Zoo for at least three hours for the most fulfilling experience.

Day cruises are a common activity in Miami, but do not forsake the nighttime cruise to view the gorgeous Miami skyline from a unique angle.

Although there is an entry fee for the Vizcaya Estate, Zoo, and cruises; there are plenty of money saving entertainment in Miami including: The Wynwood Walls and other free walking art tours, free yoga classes are easily found in Miami, free outside movies on and concerts can be found on select day and are free to the public, and there is also daily musical entertainment on the Marina Stage located at the Bayside Marketplace.

The beaches are a major attraction to many visitors who come to Miami, Florida. South Beach is the most famous beach in Miami; however, there are many other amazing beaches around Miami including: Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park located at 1200 Crandon Blvd, Key Biscayne, FL 33149, Virginia South Beach, and if you have a desire to bare it all – then Haulover Beach is the legal nude beach that you might be interested in.

Miami Nightlife

Miami has a very lively nightlife. There is usually a cover charge to get into the front door of most clubs. Some that should not be missed include, but not limited to: The “Elleven”, which is open 24 hours; “LIV Miami” is a famous favorite and probably where you will find a crowd; there is also the “Basement” which is known for their live dancers, bowling lanes, skating rink, and some of the best music around.

Regarding food, regardless of the time of year you visit this amazing city, you can always find great inexpensive food such as empanadas, tacos, and pizza for under $5. Also, authentic Cuba dishes, big sandwiches, and small plates of delicious jerk chicken can all be found for $10 each. Additionally, there are plenty of mid-range meals to fit any food connoisseur budget and there are also fine dining options available.
