Please add it to your calendar. Note that the time is MIAMI, FL timezone.

You may prepare any photos either of yourself or others to give me a sense of the aesthetic you are interested in. This is optional but can be helpful in the discussion.

2. A link to the 3D simulation application called Crisalyx.

This link will allow for you to take and upload your selfies, which you can take right within the application itself, so I can prepare the 3D simulation. This can be done anytime prior to the consult.

3. A link to the forms we need you to fill out prior to the consultation. You can click below if you have time to do this now, it will take approximately 5-10 minutes.
